our valued clientele enjoy the peace of mind that our personalised,

logged through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and
any queries that require the expertise of our field technicians are
assigned to a designated technician who will attend to the fault report.
We pride ourselves on the guarantee that we will attend to any reported
fault within 2 hours during business hours and within 12 hours during
standard after-business hours. We communicate effectively with each
