All queries are logged through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and any queries that require the expertise of our field technicians are assigned to a designated technician who will attend to the fault report. We pride ourselves on the guarantee that we will attend to any reported fault within 2 hours during business hours and within 12 hours during standard after-business hours. We communicate effectively with each client to keep them up-to-date on repairs.
