How
we Assist Clients
Client
Consultation
Vodacom Gated Services knowledgeable and
highly qualified Account Managers will meet with our client in order
to gain a thorough understanding of their current and future business
objectives. In addition, we compile an in-depth analysis of the
current technologies and applications our client utilises. This
initial process provides us with the knowledge we require to prepare
an integrated suite of solutions that will effectively address our
client’s requirements on both an operational and budgetary
level.
Proposal of Solutions
Based on the information gathered during
our initial client consultation, our Account Managers will prepare
a detailed proposal of services to address our client’s requirements.
The solutions we propose are designed to address our client’s
operational needs by ensuring we assist our client to streamline
how technologies and applications are deployed and utilised, as
well as meet our client’s financial obligations. All solutions
are proposed with the intention of long term efficacy and are flexible
and scalable to cater to our client’s organisational growth
and transformation objectives.
Implementation
of Services
Once our client has accepted our proposal
of solutions, Vodacom Gated Services will prepare and supply a project
implementation plan to ensure that we are able to ensure a smooth
transition to enhanced technologies, while minimising any impact
on our clients operations during their active business hours.
Client
Portfolio Management
Our service does not end at the implementation
of services, as our service promise is based on a long term, beneficial
partnership with our client. Beyond our stringent Service Level
Agreements, Vodacom Gated Services provides on-going monitoring
of technologies and applications, as well as 24/7/365 technical
support. Our Account Managers remain in regular contact with our
clients to ensure we are able to provide advise, support and are
able to scale services where required to meet increased or decreased
functional requirements.
